Arrival
Your room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Early arrivals are possible only after advance reservation by phone (subject to availability).

Adapters can be rented at the reception.

Allergic suffers
All our rooms are equipped with hypoallergenic pillows and comforters.
Air conditioning / heating:
Our rooms have air conditioning, which also functions as heating. The control panel can be found next to the shower and by changing the temperature with the blue and red arrows, as well as the strength with a small or large fan, you can easily set your personal comfortable temperature.
Breakfast
From 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. we offer you a small breakfast in the MIANO Bar for € 5.50. Through our cooperation with the neighboring Café Cotidiano, our guests receive a 10% discount on all food and drinks on the current menu at breakfast time from 9 am. to 11 am. You can also purchase breakfast for Café Spanjolli in the Edeka bakery on the ground floor at reception. This opens from 7am.
Baby cribs
We are happy to provide baby cribs for 10€ per day. Please ask the reception.
Bank
Almost all national banks are located in Pasing. If you need help, our reception team will be happy to assist you.
Bar
Our MIANO Bar is open from 7am to 11pm.
Bicycle Rental
A bicycle rental is located 300m from the hotel, directly on Bodenseestrasse, Pasing. The MIANO Hotel & Bar also offers you a locked bicycle cellar in the hotel area at the underground car park on level -4. Here you can lock and charge your bike comfortably and safely.
Bus Connections
You will find an MVV stop directly in front of the hotel. Further connections via train station Pasing.
Car Rental Services
The reception will be happy to assist you with car rental reservations. There are branches of the following car rental companies in Pasing: Sixt, Europcar, Avis, Hertz.
Change of bed linen
If you stay in our house for a longer period of time, we will be happy to change your bed linen daily. If you would like to forego this for reasons of sustainability, we would like to thank you in the form of a free drink at the MIANO Bar. Please simply hang the free drink card on the outside of your room door.
Copy Facility
Our reception staff will be happy to copy any documents for you. We will also be happy to scan your documents for you.
Credit Cards
Our house accepts the following credit cards: Master Card, Visa, EC Card, American Express.
Departures
On the day of your departure, your room will be available until 11am. If you need your room longer, please inform the reception.
Disabled friendly rooms
The MIANO Hotel & Bar also offers disabled-friendly rooms. Please just ask at reception.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed in our house, but we ask for your understanding that we charge a fee of €25 per day due to the special final cleaning of the room.
Electric car charging possiblities
In the underground car park at the hotel yopu will find charging points for e-vehicles on every floor.
Emergency Exits
All emergency exits are marked and enable you to leave the house quickly in case of an emergency. Please pay attention to the notices on your room door.
Excursions
Pasing and its surroundings offer many possibilities for excursions. Our reception team will be happy to inform you about more details.

Fire
In case of fire, please inform the reception immediately and keep calm. There are marked fire alarms on each floor. From each floor you can reach our first floor via marked escape routes. Please pay attention to the notices on your room door.
Fitness
With “TONED Fitness” you can book personal training right here in the house. The nearest fitness center “Fit Star Pasing” is just a 5-minute walk from Pasinger train station.
Gastronomy
In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous restaurants such as L’Osteria, Cotidiano, Schweizer Hof and many more.
Hygiene Articles
If you have forgotten your toothbrush, razor, you will receive free ones at the reception for your stay.

For information of any kind, please contact the reception. They are at your disposal 24 hours.
Ironing Set
We are happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board free of charge. Please let the reception or the housekeeper know.
Jogging
The Pasinger Stadtpark is located directly behind the building and offers numerous jogging routes.
Laundry Service
A laundry is located in Landsberger Street, about 300m from the hotel.
Lost and found
Please leave lost and found items at the reception desk and ask them if you have lost something.
Luggage
You are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception after departure or before arrival.
Parking
The underground car park in the building offers you enough space. The hotel area is on level 4. Parking fees: 30 minutes €1.00, 90 minutes €2.50, each additional 30 minutes €1.00, whole day €15.00.
Pasinger Fabrik
The municipal cultural center Pasinger Fabrik is home to a productive and experimental cultural scene: theater, music, fine art, literature, historical and socially critical exhibitions. And not to forget the performances of “Munich´s smallest opern house” with its lovingly quirky productions of the “great musical theater repertoire.” Before and after the performances, the in-house restaurant, complete with beer garden and bar, provides for your physical well-being with constantly changing delicacies!
